Develop a customized executive search strategy for each search. Guide and advise the client through all steps of the recruiting process.
Ensure a thorough understanding of the position requirements and the client culture. Develop a detailed position specification in collaboration with the client.
Conduct targeted research and identify potential candidates.
Conduct comprehensive outreach to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
Interview the candidates; determine their qualifications, leadership characteristics and fit for the role; and provide written appraisals of each candidate to the client.
Facilitate the interviews of the candidates, and provide feedback to the client and the candidates. Work with the client to select the finalists for further interviews.
Conduct in-depth referencing of the final candidate, and assist in the compensation negotiation and recruitment.
