Collaborative Executive Search Process

  • Develop a customized executive search strategy for each search. Guide and advise the client through all steps of the recruiting process.

  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the position requirements and the client culture. Develop a detailed position specification in collaboration with the client.

  • Conduct targeted research and identify potential candidates.

  • Interview the candidates; determine their qualifications, leadership characteristics and fit for the role; and provide written appraisals of each candidate to the client.

  • Facilitate the interviews of the candidates, and provide feedback to the client and the candidates. Work with the client to select the finalists for further interviews.

  • Conduct in-depth referencing of the final candidate, and assist in the compensation negotiation and recruitment.
